李唯敏主任介绍了湘江新区的营商环境及国际合作优势。她指出，对非合作板块的中非青年创新创业基地，已经成功吸引了刚果金在内的9个非洲国家的创新创业项目孵化站入驻，为众多走出去企业提供了对接服务，这次与刚果金的活动，也为新区企业提供了更多刚果金的商业机会。
Li Weimin introduced the business environment and international cooperation advantages of Xiangjiang New Area. She pointed out that the China-Africa Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base, a key part of the China-Africa cooperation sector, has successfully attracted innovation and entrepreneurship project incubation stations from nine African countries, including the Congo-Kinshasa, providing docking services for many enterprises going global. This event with the Congo-Kinshasa also offered more business opportunities in the Congo-Kinshasa for enterprises in the new area.
刚果金Kivu Tech负责人M.Benjamin Cinamula介绍了其孵化器的优势，包括青年创业、教育、环境、数字化、农业、矿业以及女性企业家项目孵化服务。他表示，欢迎中国企业赴刚果金开展市场调研、经贸交流，推动长沙与刚果金青年企业家之间的合作。
M. Benjamin Cinamula, head of Kivu Tech, introduced the advantages of his incubator, which includes incubation services for youth entrepreneurship, education, environment, digitalization, agriculture, mining, and women's entrepreneurship projects. He expressed his welcome for Chinese enterprises to conduct market research and economic and trade exchanges in the Congo-Kinshasa, and to promote cooperation between young entrepreneurs in Changsha and the Congo-Kinshasa.
在项目交流环节，刚果金企业代表介绍了农业、矿业、电子信息、机械等项目需求，湖南创远高新有限责任公司、长沙瑞和数码科技有限公司、湖南沃尔维斯国际贸易有限公司等重点企业代表就相关项目进行现场交流。本次会议务实高效，为长沙企业走进刚果金市场奠定了基础。
During the project exchange session, representatives from Congo-Kinshasa enterprises introduced project cooperation demands in agriculture, mining, electronic information, machinery, and other fields. Representatives from Xiangjiang New Area such as Hunan Chuangyuan High-Tech Co., Ltd, Changsha Ruihe Digital Technology Co., Ltd., and Hunan Walvis Trade Co., Ltd. engaged in on-site exchanges on relevant projects. The meeting was pragmatic and efficient, laying a solid foundation for Changsha enterprises to enter the Congo-Kinshasa market.
