自2023 年 8 月起，随着中非青年创新创业基地的不断发展，孔特博士所代表的马里项目孵化站正式入驻于此。这一合作的达成，是湘江新区积极引进国际创新资源、促进中非青年创新创业交流的重要举措。
Since August 2023, with the continuous development of the China-Africa Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base, the Mali project incubator represented by Dr. Konte has officially settled in this base. 孔特博士一家抵达湘江新区后，新区各部门迅速响应，在组织工作部的大力协调下，同年 9 月 18 日，孔特博士一家免费入住湘江新区人才公寓。这一贴心安排不仅让孔特博士一家在异国他乡感受到家的温暖，也为孔特博士全身心投入项目工作解决了后顾之忧。
After Dr. Konte and his family arrived in Xiangjiang New Area, various departments of the new area responded promptly. With the great coordination of the Organization Department of the Work Committee, on September 18 of the same year, Dr. Konte and his family moved into the talent apartment in Xiangjiang New Area free of charge. With the active coordination of the Education Bureau of the new area, on October 7, 2023, Dr. Konte's two daughters were successfully enrolled in a kindergarten in the new area.
